1. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is considered final only after payment and confirmation from our team.
- Please review your details carefully before confirming — changes may not be possible later.
2. Payment Policy
- All tours must be paid in full before the departure date.
- Payment methods accepted will be listed on the booking page.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Each tour has its own cancellation policy. Please check before booking.
- No refunds will be issued for unused services or no-shows.
4. Responsibility of Travelers
- You are responsible for being on time at the pickup or meeting location.
- You must disclose any medical or dietary needs when booking.
5. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend having travel insurance that covers health, accidents, and cancellations.
- We do not provide personal insurance coverage.
6. Tour Changes or Cancellations by Us
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to weather, safety, or low participation.
- In such cases, we will offer an alternative tour or full refund.
7. Media Use
- Photos/videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes. Let us know if you don't wish to be included.
